Measure across the widest part of your face at temple level
How to Measure Your Face
-
1
Get a ruler or tape measure
A flexible tape measure works best. You can also use a ruler held in front of a mirror.
-
2
Look straight ahead in a mirror
Position yourself at eye level with the mirror.
-
3
Measure temple to temple
Place the tape at your temple (the side of your head above your ear) and measure across to the other temple.
-
4
Note the measurement in millimeters
Most faces measure between 120-160mm. This is your face width.
