At AS OPTIK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may return most eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that all return conditions are met.

For online purchases, this 14-day period aligns with standard consumer protection rights applicable to distance sales.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused, and resalable condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

AS OPTIK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Eligible Items for Return

The following items may be returned within 14 days:

  • Optical frames in original condition
  • Sunglasses (unused and undamaged)
  • Accessories (cases, cleaning kits, etc.)
  • Unopened contact lens boxes

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription lenses (custom-made according to your prescription)
  • Custom-made eyewear products
  • Opened contact lens packages
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will replace the item or issue a refund where applicable.

  • Prescription lenses are custom-made and non-returnable unless defective
  • Opened hygiene products (such as contact lenses) cannot be returned
  • AS OPTIK reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval
