Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return most items within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging.
Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. However, we offer adjustments and remakes if the prescription is incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Your contact lens prescription includes all the information you need: base curve, diameter, and power. If you're unsure, our team can help you choose the right lenses.
Yes! We offer contact lens trial fittings at our store. Our optometrist will help you find the most comfortable lenses for your eyes.
